This is just a quick one.

I wanted to show you the photo’s of my body shape change from July 1st 2012 to March 1st 2013. I took the photo last year as I was at my heaviest and not feeling like my usually self, and I knew that the best way for me to see progress is by how I look and feel and not about what it says on the scales.

As far as the changes go in my diet, please look at my previous blog entry, but in general there were no major dieting, just a switch to health eating and more regular exercise. I have since the photo gone from 9.12 stone to 8.7 stone, but this has been just been a secondary consequence of my lifestyle change, and whilst I am happy with it, it was not my focus. (I am only 5″2 by the way!)

I am looking forward to seeing the changes in the next few months as I increase my training, as my next competition is just over a month away!
